Underground and Open-pit drainage in demanding environments needs reliable and robust pump units that are resistant to corrosion. PLEUGER submersible pumps offer a broad operating range including slim designs for small well diameters, and they are ideal for significantly lowering water tables.
PLEUGER specializes in the design and development of custom pump units for severe operational conditions within the mining sector. PLEUGER´s single and multistage waterfilled submersible motor pumps are reliable, efficient and durable. Our units are ready for action 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and they guarantee consistently reliable performance. They are available as deep well pumps, bottom intake pumps or in a booster shroud with motor sizes from 6’’ to 50’’, and a power output from 0.37 kW to 5 MW, sustaining temperatures of -25°C to +85°C.

PLEUGER Bottom Intake Pump
Pleuger Bottom intake pump units are single or multi-stage centrifugal pumps, coupled with water-filled motors. The motor is arranged above the pump in a special bypass shroud and the pump intake is located in the lower part of the unit. The design allows reduction of the water line to a very low level. Bottom intake pump units are designed for vertical or inclined installation and are available in standard configuration or engineered to order for specific requirements.
