Made from Dyneema® fiber, it offers the same tensile strength as steel chains while being up to 85% lighter. This innovation simplifies handling, reduces strain on users, and protects both cargo and operators. The DoNova® range is ideal for heavy-duty load securing (PowerLash) and lifting applications (PowerLift).

PowerLash: Strength and Lightness Combined

The PowerLash textile chain allows fast and efficient load securing. Its lightweight construction makes it significantly easier to handle, even for 20-meter-long lashing chains that can be managed by one person. With performance equivalent to high-strength steel chains of up to Grade 120 and nominal sizes of 16 mm, the PowerLash is available with an LC of up to 20,000 daN and various tensioning and end-fitting options.

PowerLift: Maximum Safety for Delicate Loads

The PowerLift textile chain not only ensures easy handling but also protects sensitive loads. Its soft and flexible webbing prevents damage to delicate surfaces, making it ideal for careful lifting applications. The chain length can be easily adjusted using shackles or specialized hooks. Over recent years, Dolezych has continuously increased lifting capacities, reaching 10.0 t in a single-leg configuration in 2024 and increasing to 12.5 t in 2025. This means that a 4-leg assembly can lift up to 26.25 t with PowerLift.

The DoNova® textile chain system is designed as a modular solution, offering flexibility for both lashing and lifting applications. Dolezych continuously expands its range of accessories, now including clevis hooks for even easier handling. These new hooks eliminate the need for eye hooks and additional coupling links, reducing weight while improving usability. Customized systems can be easily configured to meet specific needs. Additionally, innovative DoRa and DoQuick ratched load tensioners ensure even faster, safer, and more efficient securing on the go.
