Founded in 1946 as a small artisan workshop, with vision for the future and intense initial work gave way to a great expansion in production volumes, number of workers and modernization of industrial machinery.

In 1966, negotiations were finalized with the prestigious German company MANN+HUMMEL GmbH, a global leader in filtration solutions, for the exclusive manufacture, import, export and distribution for the Chilean market.
